Linds and I just watched it. I hated the ending. Like, I had to take a walk to “cool off”. But, I found the movie very suspenseful and I feel like if I were a more intelligent man I would’ve “gotten it” and the ending would’ve been “the only way to end it”…but I’m not.

I liked a lot of the visual images of the film, but I wasn’t afraid of Anton. I was certainly afraid for our hero during certain parts of the movie, but I didn’t find Anton to be as unchecked as he was made out to be. He didn’t seem a “psychopath”; he seemed like someone who takes human lives to get his way. Some of his killings were gratuitous but not enough to make me buy his “insane” label. Still, a good movie and worth a watching or two. I’d probably rent this in blu-ray. I felt cheated by the VOD quality.

Bren wanted to see this, but I put the nipped that idea. After it registered what movie it was, I gave a definite, not happening. Now after your review, I’m convinced I made the right choice. Anton would probably kill me for that comment.
