I think it's great that you're doing this. Because one day I'm going to have a stroke from all the MTN DEW and ramen I eat at work, and then you'll need to read my webcomics to me whilst taking care of the kids and the velociraptors.

Seriously, though, I'm very proud of you for ensuring that you're living as healthy as you can be. And you're using a website to do it! That's my girl!

I hate exercising too. Usually I figure out an excuse, err reason, not to do it. I really like Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred videos. She works you and it only takes 20 minutes, you can find it online for cheap or in Walmart/Target. We've been trying to cut red meat to once a week, and doing the "round the outside" diet, the foods you find on the outer wall of the grocery store. I do well for about 4 days, then I snarf down carbs, and start all over again. Good luck!

Congratulations, sounds like we've both been interested in making ourselves healthier. Perhaps we can use that to keep eachother motivated. :) Another bonus you'll find once you have a child, is that you'll have more energy to play, etc. due to being healthy.

It's said that you need to make healthy changes slowly so they become part of your daily life. So in a way, maybe it's good you aren't pushing yourself to exercise too. However, that is a major factor in the health of your body so I would encourage you to find something you enjoy. And no matter what the activity is, music always helps!
